GAMAX means MORE!
In line with our ongoing efforts to provide GAMAX clients with a superior investment experience, our Service Centre is now offering even more! In addition to the services already provided, weíre now offering account information via telephone. Simply give us a call. After your identity has been verified through your personal identification number, you can enquire about the current position of your shares, the balance of your savings, or the status of a modification order.
Taking advantage of this extra service is simple!
Obtaining account information over the phone is only possible after identity verification specific to the account in question has been successfully carried out. For this purpose, we have implemented a Personal Identification Number (PIN) process. The application for a PIN can be downloaded by clicking on the link below. Upon receiving your completed application via fax or post, we will issue you with a PIN within five working days.
